Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will take place on the evening of Thursday, March 31st in the historical Heilig-Geist-Spital in Nuremberg and will feature local Franconian dishes. You do not need to select your dishes in advance.
 

Tickets for the dinner cost € 45 per person and include your meal and return bus transfer to the restaurant. Participants must pay for their own drinks.


Please reserve your place(s) including those for accompanying persons by e-mail to ccc-pvrs@fau.de and inform us whether you have special dietary requirements. Please be prepared to pay for your dinner tickets in cash at registration.

Starters:

Lamb’s lettuce salad with croutons (no bacon, in contrast to the link)

Four Nürnberger Rostbratwurste with horseradish
 

Soup:

Bouillon with small semolina dumplings
- or -
Vegetarian soup option
 

Main course:

Roast pork shoulder (“Schäufele”) with potato dumpling and red cabbage

Franconian Sauerbraten (beef) with Gingerbread (“Lebkuchen”) sauce and red cabbage
- or -
Pike perch (Zander) filet fried in almond butter with parsley-potatoes
- or -
Special main courses for vegetarians or people with allergies
 

Dessert:

Crispy apple fritters with vanilla ice cream
